Richard Krummenacher

Richard Krummenacher has had two careers at Deeth & Co. LLP. He started in 1981 as a student, and returned years later in 2003 as a CA. Richard earned the CA designation in 1984, the Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) designation in 1998, and the Certified Financial Planner designation in 2004.

Richard believes that Deeth & Co. LLP’s focus on financial statement presentation and tax work is rounded out with a solid and competent understanding of business process, as well as training and support in areas such as bookkeeping and the use of different software applications. These strong in-house skills in the areas of tax, automated bookkeeping, and business processes ensure the clients’ needs are fully addressed. And, in the event that something cannot be addressed by the Deeth & Co. LLP team, the answer is often found through the number of outside specialists that they can call upon to best satisfy the client.

Richard notes Deeth & Co. LLP’s innovative approach to tax and business as its strongest asset to existing and new clients alike. He feels that the firm’s ability to revisit and revise existing business processes in order to remain current, results in better and more efficient results for their clients. Training in applications such as QuickBooks and staying up-to-date with new technologies are some of the ways that Deeth & Co. LLP strives to provide clients with the most comprehensive and cutting-edge approaches to tax and business.

Bill joined Deeth & Co LLP in January 2017 after spending just over two years operating his own firm. As he provided tax and accounting support to small and mid-sized business customers from a variety of industries, Bill gained substantial experience and insight.

Before establishing his own practice, Bill was a tax specialist with a large, regional accounting firm. In that capacity, he developed a strong foundation in tax planning and minimization, corporate re-organizations, business purchases and sales. He also provided consulting for start-up businesses.

Bill graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2003, passed his CA professional exams in 2010, and received his CPA, CA designation in 2013. Since then, Bill has completed all three levels of CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course.

At Deeth & Co LLP, Bill focuses on providing accounting, assurance (auditing and review), plus tax services to small and medium-sized businesses, not-for-profits, and charities.

Bill was drawn to the strong people and reputation at Deeth & Co LLP. The well-rounded team at the firm allows Bill to provide complete turnkey solutions to clients from initial business planning and start-up through to succession planning and sale.

Michael joined Deeth & Co. LLP in 2017 as a staff accountant with a wide range of experience preparing corporate year-ends and tax filings for small and mid-sized businesses. Michael has provided consultations regarding bookkeeping and has extensive experience preparing personal tax returns.

Michael is a graduate of Sheridan College’s Business Administration Program with a focus on Accounting. He’s very committed to his career choice and is continuing his studies part-time with the goal of entering the CPA program and earning his professional designation.

Outside the office, Michael enjoys the outdoors with his wife and children, exploring the local greenspaces on foot and by bicycle.
